One reason I hate signing up for any gym is that I don’t show up most of the time. That’s because I get bored so easily, especially if I go alone. I usually listen to my iPod while using the machines, but lately it’s not enough of a distraction. I figured out a way to pass time like crazy. It’s to look up YouTube videos and watch them while using machines that don’t require your hands. I usually do that when I’m on the bike. The other day I watched a few videos and I ended up spending more time and burning more calories. Now, I have more motivation to go, even if it’s from videos on my iphone!
